• 3 celery stalks
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 medium banana sliced
• 6 ice cubes
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and serve immediately.

• 1-pint blueberries
• 1/2 cup water

Method: Wash and dry the mint well, then chop it finely. Peel the oranges cut them in half, and remove their pith and segments by slicing between the membranes. Put the orange pieces, the mint, the blueberries, and the water in a blender and process briefly until smooth. Serve cold.

Then peel away the outer layer to expose the flesh. Remove the seeds from both sides of the pineapple and discard them. Slice the pineapple into chunks. Chop the papaya into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
Add the lime juice and mix thoroughly. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more lime juice. If you like your smoothie thinner, add less lime juice or none at all. Serve chilled.

5) Peach Apple Green Smoothie

• 1 peach
• 1 apple
• 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon axseed oil
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• handful ice cubes
Method: Peel the peaches and chop them roughly. Core the apples, then cut each piece into quarters. Put everything in a blender except for the ice cubes. Process for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again for another minute. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. For added flavor, stir a few drops of vanilla extract into the mixture before serving.
