Directions:

11. Egg White Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 5 large eggs.
  • 1 small white onion sliced thin.
  • 6 green olives diced.
  • 1 clove garlic minced.
  • Pinch crushed red pepper.
  • Some herbs.
  • Dash paprika.
  • Dash nutmeg.
  • Dash lemon juice.
  • Dash sea salt.
  • Dash ground black pepper.
