1. Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich


• 3 slices of bread.

• 2 tbsp butter, softened.

• 1 slice Cheddar cheese.

• 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.

How To Make It:

Spread the butter on one side of each piece of toast, then top with the cheese. Add the bacon if you’d like your sandwich a little smoky!

2. Fried Eggs in Tomato Sauce


• 4 large eggs.

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

• ½ tsp salt.

• 15 oz can diced tomatoes.

• ½ tsp black pepper.

How To Make It:

Crack an egg into a small bowl or ramekin. Season it with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about half a teaspoon of vegetable oil into the pan. When hot, pour the eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs for 5 minutes or until they start to set.

Flip the eggs over and cook another 5 minutes or until done. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with tomato

3. Baked Frittata


• 6 eggs.

• 1/4 cup milk.

• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.

• Salt and freshly cracked pepper.

• 1/4 lb sliced ham.

• 1 onion, chopped.

• 1 garlic clove, minced.

• 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided.

How To Make It :

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk together the eggs, milk, seasonings, ham, onions, and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in the olive oil.

Transfer mixture to prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cut into squares and serve warm.

4. Hard-Boiled Eggs


• 10 hard-boiled eggs.

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

• 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder.

• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.

• 1/16 tsp paprika.

• 1/8 cup pickle relish.

• 1/8 cups ketchup.

How To Make It:-

Cut the tops off the eggs and scoop out the yolks. Put the whites back on so that the eggs look whole again. Mix all ingredients together well; chill before serving.

5. Cheese Omelet


• 8 eggs.

• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

• 1/4 tsp seasoning salt.

• 1/4 tbsp pepper.

• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted.

• 2 Tbsp flour.

How To Make It –

Beat the eggs well. Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the flour, in a bowl. Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place the melted butter in the bottom of the pan.

Sprinkle flour onto the butter and stir until smooth. Slowly add the egg mixture stirring constantly. Continue cooking until the egg is just set. Garnish with additional cheese if desired.

6. Scrambled Eggs


• 12 eggs.

• 1 cup milk.

• 1 Tbsp salt.

• 1 Tbsp pepper.

• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine.

How to Make It:

Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and continue whisking until they begin to thicken. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Let’s sit for 5 minutes without disturbing them. Uncover and stir gently with a fork. Cook until scrambled.

7. Egg Salad Sandwich


• 2 hardboiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped.

• 1/2 cucumber, seeded and thinly sliced.

• 1 sweet red bell pepper, finely chopped.

• 1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped.

• 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled, and cut into cubes.

• 1/2 lemon, juiced.

• 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard.

• 1 tbsp olive oil.

• 1/2 bunch fresh parsley leaves, chopped.

• 1 loaf of white bread.

How To Make It:

Mix all ingredients together except the bread. Spread the mixture evenly across one side of the bread slices. Top each slice with equal amounts of the remaining ingredients. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before eating.

8. Soft Boiled Eggs


• 20 eggs.

• 1-quart water.

• 1/2 small onion, diced.

• 1 bay leaf.

How To Make It –

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Crack an egg into a small bowl or ramekin, then carefully slide it into the boiling water. Repeat with the other eggs. Cover the pot and turn down the heat to simmer. After about 15 minutes, remove from heat and let stand covered for another 15 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Peel the eggs as soon as you can handle them.

9. Spicy Fried Rice


• 8 cups cooked rice.

• 2 Eggs Whisked.

• 1 jalapeno pepper, minced.

• 1 medium carrot, shredded.

• 1/4 head cabbage, shredded.

• 1 large tomato, diced.

• 1/2 medium onion, chopped.

• 1/3-1/2 cup soy sauce.

• 1 clove garlic, minced.

• 1/2 tsp black pepper.

• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil.

• Sliced green onions.

How To Make It :

In a wok or deep fryer, heat oil over medium heat. Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in rice and reserved liquid and bring to a rolling boil. Turn off heat, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid and fluff with a fork. Serve sprinkled with green onions.

10. Baked Ham Omelet


• 1/2 lb baked ham, cubed.

• 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained.

• 1/4 stick margarine, melted.

• 1/4 yellow onion, diced.

• Salt & Pepper.

• 1 cup cottage cheese.

• 1/2 dozen eggs.

How To Make It –

Preheat broiler. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, onion, ham, and seasonings. Pour mixture into greased baking dish boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until set. Cut omelets into wedges and serve immediately. Garnish with additional onions if desired.
