The best way to avoid getting diarrhea is not to eat anything that another person’s hands have touched. Suppose no one around who can wash your hands for you, use hand sanitizer instead of soap and water. You should also keep your hands away from your face when you’re out in public places like grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, malls, schools, daycare centers, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. It’s always better to be safe than sorry!
What are some home remedies to cure diarrhea?
1) Take some extra vitamin C. Vitamin C boosts immunity helping us fight off viruses and infections.
2) Try taking one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 ounces of warm water twice daily. Apple cider vinegar kills harmful bacteria while keeping beneficial ones alive.
3) add ginger powder to your diet. Ginger stimulates gastric secretions and increases blood flow to the stomach lining. These two things increase absorption of nutrients and decrease inflammation.
4) Mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda and salt and add this mixture to 16 oz. of hot water. Sip slowly throughout the day until relieved.
